Wife of Anthony Mulligan; Mother of Karen Wilborn, Colleen (Jerry) Love, Pam (Duane) Rauch, Tony (Sherry) Mulligan, Kevin (Linda) Mulligan, Shaun (Lisa) Mulligan, and Sheryl (John) Sullivan; Sister of Rosie Prest. Also survived by 13 Grandchildren and 16 Great Grandchildren. A private family service will be held.
