Gil M. Ortiz

Gil M. Ortiz was born August 15, 1934 in Aguilar, Colorado to Gil Ortiz and Emilia (Gallegos) Ortiz, and passed away December 28, 2016 at Lutheran Collier Hospice in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. Gil is survived by his wife, Christine T. (Montoya) Ortiz. He was preceded in death by his son, James Ortiz, Sr. and his granddaughter, Charmaine Ortiz. Gil is survived by his two grandsons, James Ortriz, Jr. and Jerimiah Lopez. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 12PM, Friday, January 13, 2017 at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3020 Federal Blvd. Interment will follow at Fort Logan National Cemetery.
