Glenda Lee Cox

Glenda Lee Cox was born in Denver, Colorado on April 11, 1941 to Blanche and Clarence Graves. Glenda is survived by her husband Wilson Dale Cox, by her children Cary, Jeanie, Kerry, Rudy, Dale, Scott; grandchildren Chris (Dawn), Shanon, Nick (Krista), Bree (Jimmy), Nikki, Shay (Hollie), Kaci, Jani, Chase, Rachel (Brandon), Kari-Lynn, Noah, Dale Jr.; great-grandchildren Donovan, Donovan D., Vincent, Taylor, Hailee, Lynaya, Kaylee, Mila, Dominick. Glenda always had a smile on her face and anyone who walked through her front door, she welcomed with that beautiful smile and open arms. She would make anyone and everyone feel welcome and at home. She could look past any wrong doing and always be able to forgive and forget. Glenda loved when anyone stopped by to share a cup of coffee or talk about everyday life. After raising her own children, she continued to help raise all of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Glenda was a strong follower of Jesus, spoke to God daily, and prayed for anyone that needed or asked for prayer. A visitation will be held Sunday, August 20, 2017 from 6:00pm-8:00pm, at Horan and McConaty Funeral Home, 3101 S. Wadsworth Blvd., Lakewood, CO 80227. The Celebration of Life service is Monday, August 21, 2017 at 10:30am in the Chapel at Horan and McConaty Funeral Home, 3101 S. Wadsworth Blvd., Lakewood, CO 80227, Graveside service to follow at 12:30pm at Fort Logan National Cemetery, Area B. A reception following the service will be held at 8066 S.
