Glenn J. Berwyn

Glenn Jay Berwyn died suddenly on Thursday, December 29, 2011 in Denver, Colorado. Glenn was born on March 28, 1967 in Frankfurt, Germany to Monique and Robert John Berwyn. He graduated from Frankfurt American High School in 1985 and then made his home in Colorado, where he earned a degree from the University of Colorado Boulder and embarked on a career in finance. Glenn will be remembered as kind, caring, generous and considerate. He often took time to bring an ill neighbor to the hospital and enjoyed surprising friends and family with unexpected gifts. He loved listening to music and was passionate about Bayem Munich, his favorite soccer team. He enjoyed traveling with his family. Above all, he loved his daughter, Lucy. Glen is survived by his daughter Lucy Berwyn; mother Monique Berwyn; brothers Dennis and Robert Berwyn; aunt Erika (Pierre) Rochas; nephews Karl, Andrew, Patrick, Peter and Dylan; and his partner Melissa Harrison. He was preceded in death by his father Robert John Berwyn. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2012, 11:00 am, at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 5303 East County Line Road (one block West of South Holly Street), in Centennial, Colorado.
