Glessner Elizabeth Buchanan

Glessner E. Buchanan, 82, of Denver, died on August 1, 2008. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ross, in 2007 and her parents, Leonard and Coy Munn. She retired from a career as an elementary school principal and teacher for the Denver Public Schools. Glassner and Ross were active in the functions of the El Jebel Shrine and were avid golfers with the El Jebel Sandblasters. Gleassner was a member of the Daughters of the Nile, Eastern Star, and the Delta Kappa Gamma Society. Memorial services will be Wednesday, September 3, at 10:30am at the Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3101 S. Wadsworth Blvd. Donations can be made to the El Jebel Shrine Transportation Fund.
