(Rossi) Chambers of Westminster, preceded in death by husband Jim, mother of Laurie (Roger) Creason, grandmother of Jim & Michelle Creason, Sister of Helen DiManna & Florence Ciancio also survived by many nieces & nephews other relatives and friends. Member of Mother Cabrini Society. Funeral Mass Tuesday 10:00AM at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 7595 Federal Blvd., Westminster. Interment Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Visitation Monday 5:00PM -8:00PM at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 9998 Grant St., Thornton. Contributions may be made to Denver Hospice.
