Grace Winifred DeSelms, age 62, of Littleton, passed away on April 2, 2016. Visitation will be held Saturday, April 9, at 3:00pm, Rosary to follow at 4:00pm, at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, Lakewood. Funeral Mass Monday, April 11, at 11:00am, at Notre Dame Catholic Church, Denver. Interment Wednesday, April 13, at 11:15am, at Fort Logan National Cemetery, Staging Area 'C,' Denver.
