Grace Mary Weinel

Grace Mary Weinel, 92, of Denver, Colorado, passed away on September 6, 2012. Beloved wife of the late Harold F. Weinel; devoted mother of Marilyn Cheney of Centennial, Debra (Terry) Ruckriegle of Breckenridge, Cynthia (Ron Johnson) Weinel of Niwot, and Douglas (Kathy) Weinel of Evergreen; also survived by her grandchildren, John Ryan, Brett, Stephanie, Heidi, Sarah, Trevor, Audrey, Randall, and Robert. Grace retired from Denver Public Schools after 35 years of teaching. She enjoyed an active life of traveling, gardening, aerobics, playing bridge and being with her family. God blessed her with a diligent, determined spirit and a generous heart. Rosary to be held 7:00 pm Friday, September 21, at Horan McConaty, 1091 S. Colorado Blvd. Funeral mass to be held at 10:00 am Saturday, September 22, at St. Vincent De Paul, 2375 E. Arizona Ave. Interment at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
