It is with great sadness we announce on Friday, December 23, 2022, Grant Kumar Suri, Our sweet and beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew and cousin, passed away at the age of 22 in Colorado Springs.
He is survived by his mother, Brett Chamberlain Naperola; his step-father, Ken Naperola; his sister, Emma Suri; his brother, Jack Naperola; his grandmothers, Huntley Chamberlain and Kay Suri; his aunts, Tia Duplantier and Virginia Chamberlain; his uncles, Andre Duplantier, Joe Morales and Casey Hurley; and his cousins, Joshua and Christian Duplantier, Grace Duplantier Blatner and Autumn and Ava Morales. He was predeceased by his father, Taaj Suri and his grandfathers, Robert Chamberlain, Kamlaish Suri and Kenneth Naperola, Sr.
Grant was born to Taaj Suri and Brett Chamberlain Naperola in Fort Collins, Colorado on January 5, 2000. He grew up in Littleton, Colorado and graduated from McClain High School in 2018. He was excited about pursuing further education in information technology. Grant enjoyed all that Colorado has to offer, especially hiking and enjoying music at Red Rocks Amphitheater and other music festivals.
His big smile, heart felt hugs and tender spirit will be greatly missed by all whose lives he touched.
Family and friends will gather for a Celebration of Grant's Life at Colorado Church, 3000 S. Wadsworth Blvd., Lakewood, Saturday, January 21, 2023 at 1pm.
