Marky - When Greg first started dating my mom, he took me to one of his softball games and was swinging his bat. He swung his bat so hard he hit himself with it. After the Game he looked at me and I asked him did you hit yourself with the bat and he said yeah it really hurt. Anthony '"" Greg gave me a Colorado Rockies baseball he had been saving since the inaugural season. I got really excited and took the ball out of the case and started looking at it. He looked and me and said 'I never opened that for a reason' then we both started laughing. Michael- During the golf tournament in Trinidad, sitting at the hotel lounge. Me and Steve (Greg's brother) were challenging each other on who had the best music in their era. I told them all they had was bands who banged on drums. Steve turned and said all your era had scratching on a record player. And how Greg and Steve's era was real music. Every time I tried to say something Steve would make scratching sounds and beatbox and Greg laughed until he had tears in his eyes. He thought it was so funny that Steve was able to get back at me and quiet me done for once. Lawrence- Greg thank you for taking me to the broncos games, each game was a blessing just to share time with you. I will always have those memories- thank you Dad Loretta- Six months after meeting Greg I spent Christmas Eve with him and his family. All the Martinez's opened their presents which took some time because Kayla was the baby and she got all kinds of presents. Then when everything was all done Greg handed me a box. I opened the box and found a beautiful letter about how all his life he had been searching for someone to love. Then at the end of letter it said there was more and when I looked over at Greg he asked me if I would be his wife. At first I couldn't understand so he asked again then I said 'yes!' His Mom, Dad, sister, brother, nephews, nieces all hugged us and we were beyond being happy. It seemed like a magical moment that will forever remain in my heart.
