Harold Piser, Jr., son of Harold Piser, Sr., and Lucille Piser, was born in New York City on December 12, 1933. He departed this life peacefully at home with his wife, Frances, on May 26, 2013. He attained the age of 79 years, 4 months and 26 days. On February 20, 1987, Harold was united in marriage to Frances M. Moses at the court house in Boulder, Colorado. Harold was preceded in death by his parents. Harold is survived by his wife, Frances, and two brothers, Tom Farrington and John Russell Farrington, both of California; two step-children, Stephen Moses of Denver, Colorado, and Kimberley Shady and her husband Michael of Northglenn, Colorado; one granddaughter, Tomi Shady of Greenwood Village, Colorado. Harold joined the Air Force on July 22, 1952, and faithfully served until June 25, 1956, returning home to Connecticut where he lived with his father for a while. Some years later, he went to work for Rocky flats in Colorado as a sheet metal mechanic until he retired from there. After retirement, he had many hobbies and loved working around the house making gardens, working on the computer and helping people out with problems they may have on the computer. Harold belonged to the Church of Illumination for many years. His ashes will be sent to The Beverly Hall Memorial Gardens in Quakertown, Pennsylvania. He will be sadly missed by his wife and her family here in Colorado and friends and family scattered all over the United States.
