Harold Ruth

Harold Ruth died at the age of 84 on August 3, 2018 in Centennial, Colorado. He was born July 26, 1934 to Barbara and Joseph Ruth of Hammond Indiana. Harold is survived by Margaret, his loving wife of 49 years and four children: Mark, Brenda, Heather, Joe and seven grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his brother, Gene Ruth of Florida.

Harold known to his friends and colleagues as ""Hal"" loved is family deeply and was dedicated to their success. He served with the Army and attended Marquette University. As a civil engineer he worked with the State of Colorado, the city of Aurora, the city of Denver, the city of Madison, WI, the city of Woodland Park, and RTD. He was always willing to help local organizations and sponsor kids' fundraisers and was a committed baseball fan. A humble servant of God, he actively participated in his local parishes and was a living example of Christ's love. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed.

A vigil will be held on Thursday August 9 at 7pm preceded by a viewing at 6pm at Pax Christi Catholic Church in Highlands Ranch. The Roman Catholic funeral mass will be conducted on Friday August 10 also at Pax Christi Catholic Church at 5761 McArthur Ranch Road, Littleton.
