Helen Yvonne Colburn passed away peacefully at home. Preceded in death by beloved husband Patrick and daughter Theresa Ann. Survived by two children; four grandchildren and spouses; 7 great-grandchildren; one sister. There will be a Visitation Wednesday, August 8, 2012 from 3:00pm until 8:00pm at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3101 South Wadsworth Boulevard, Lakewood, Colorado 80227. Funeral Mass will be held Thursday, August 9, 2012, 7:00pm at Saint Bernadette Catholic Church, 7240 West 12th Avenue, Lakewood, Colorado 80214. Interment will be held Friday, August 10, 2012, 10:30am at Fort Logan National Cemetery, 3698 South Sheridan Boulevard, Denver, Colorado 80235.
