Helen LePage was born in Uniontown, PA and passed away at the age of 104 in Denver, CO. She is the last survivor of eleven Scofic siblings raised on a small farm near Grand Ledge, MI. Soon after graduation from St. Mary high school in Lansing, she set out for Detroit where she worked as a waitress, employment counselor, and then a fulfilling career as a realtor and occasional investor. Helen moved to Denver in 2011 and lived several pleasant years in Windsor Gardens. Her last residence was Harvard Square. She enjoyed touring historic Denver neighborhoods and downtown developments and was an enthusiastic people watcher on the 16th St Mall, Union Station, and many coffee shops around town. Helen is survived by her two children: Denver residents Chuck LePage and Patricia Perez, three grandchildren: David Perez (Denver), Kelli Sfaxi (Tucson), and Brett LePage (Tucson), eight great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.
