Helen Allen McCoy

September 7, 1925 - October 1, 2005. Helen dies at home with family by her side. Helen was a Denver native. She was very active in volunteer activities. She is survived by her son, Michael (Lou Ann) McCoy, of Arvada; daughters, Samantha Lowderback, of Spokane, WA; Kathleen Bridget McCoy, of Grand Junction; Molly (Rod) Mobley, of Aurora; Patty (Gerry) Blevins, of Denver; Margaret Mary McCoy, of Aurora; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and one on the way; brother, William (Mary) Allen, of Greenwood Village; and sister-in-law, Lenore Graham, of Denver. She was preceded in death by her husband, James "Mac" McCoy, and her parents, Milton and Margaret Allen. Rosary, Wednesday, 7 p.m., Horan & McConaty Family Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial, Thursday, 10:30 a.m., Blessed Sacrement Catholic Church, 4900 Montview Blvd. Services to conclude at church.
