Henry E. Blechar of Westminster, Colorado passed away on October 26, 2016 at the age of 91. Born in New York City, New York. Graduated valedictorian from Brooklyn Technical High School, received Bachelor of Science, Engineering from Columbia University, and Masters of Science, majors in Engineering and Management from Newark College of Engineering. Certified Fellow member of APICS, American Production and Inventory Control Society. Member of Johns-Manville Quarter Century Club. Served in the US Army in World War II, Tech 5, April 1943 to December 1945. Henry moved from New York City to Bound Brook, New Jersey after his marriage to Adele. He worked for Johns-Manville Corporation for 30 years. During this employment, he relocated with his family to Littleton, Colorado. He enjoyed drawing, painting, music, traveling and most important, spending time with his family. Preceded in death by his wife Adele and brother Ted. Survived by his 5 children, Stephen (Terri), Michael (Wendy), Diane (Steve), Carolyn (Ron), and John (Jenny); 8 grandkids, Chris (Julia), Matt, Melissa (Thomas), Kevin, Nicholle, Jordan, Kylee, and Cody; 3 great grandkids, Zena, Siri, and Henry.
