Henry Lon Smith

Henry Lon Smith was born in Madison, West Virginia on June 14, 1926, and passed away at him home in Lakewood, Colorado on April 2, 2016 at age 89. Mr. Smith served his county during WWII with the U.S. Navy, and was retired from Rocky Flats. He is survived by his wife Eva B. (Nelson) Smith, son Larry L. Smith and his wife Carol, grandchildren Janette (Ron), Christopher, Tara (Mike), great grandchildren Katherine (Matt), Kelsey (Justin), Haley, Dalton, Connor and Alyssa, and his great great grandchildren, Theodore and Eva. The Graveside Service will be held Tuesday, April 12, 2016 at 2:00 PM, Fort Logan National Cemetery. Military Honors will be rendered by the U.S. Navy and the All Veterans Honor Guard.
