Henry Joseph Younger

Henry Joseph Younger was born in St. Peter, Kansas on July 12, 1932 to Leo M. Younger and Christine A. (Gerber) Younger, and passed away at his home in Thornton, Colorado on December 12, 2016 at age 84. Henry is survived by his wife Theresa M. (Persichette) Younger, his daughters Debra Jo (Richard) Crum and Sheri L. Murphy; sisters Josephine Dreiling, Lambertine Miller, Lucille (Billy) Peeples, Sr. Mary Younger, C.S.M., brothers Clarence (Diane) Younger and Derell (Carolyn) Younger; Sister-in-law, Viola Younger. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, Chad Joseph (Marietta) Cantu, Marci Jo (Sheldon) Perino, Marla Jo (Nicke Nicholson) Crum, Amanda Jo Cantu, Margo Jo (JoJo) Pergola, Erica Jo (Josh) Ciardullo, Alisha Jo (Paige) Ford, Samantha Jo (Ty) Deichert and Gabriel Joseph Murphy, and eighteen great grandchildren, Gilliana, Giovani, and Genaveve Perino, Joseph, Vincent, and Theresa Pergola, Anabel Master, Jayla, Sicily, and Sofia Cantu, Jaxon Cantu, Henry Ciardullo, Jonah and Daniella Sanders, Matisyahu Ford, Symon and Brynlee Deichert. Henry was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Walter Younger, Leo Younger, Jr., and Butch Younger, sisters Helen (Dan) Kreutzer and Viola (Bob) Miller, and his great granddaughter, Lily Taylor. Recitation of the Rosary will be held Thursday, December 15th, 7:00 PM at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 9998 Grant Street in Thornton. The Funeral Mass will be Friday, December 16th, 11AM at Assumption Of The Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church, 2361 East 78th Avenue in Welby. Luncheon to follow at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church Hall, 3549 Navajo Street in Denver.
