Herbert Schaffer

Herbert Schaffer, age 87, passed away July 25, 2015. Herb was born January 5, 1928, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Harry Joseph Schaffer and Sonja (Sarah) Leshner. He is survived by his wife Miriam Wilson, son, Brett Schaffer and daughter Tamara Shannon. Herb served in the United States Army, worked as a Labor Economist for the United States Government and volunteered at Arlington National Cemetery for over 20 years. Interment at Arlington National Cemetery planned for fall of 2015.
