Ilene M. Bamford

Bamford (Olson), Ilene M. Jan. 2, 1925 - Aug. 7, 2016 Ilene, 91, of Aurora, passed in the company of her family on August 7, 2016. She had deep love for her family, a round of golf, jazz music, and good food. She traveled frequently and had a particular love for England. She supported many local venues, such as the Denver Art Museum and is a parishoner of the Catholic Church. Ilene is survived by her husband, Bob Bamford; children Christina (Fred) Blake, Susan (Ken) Blatter, Robin May, Paula (Tom) Florence; 6 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and sister Helen Walker. She is preceded in death by her husband, Edward A. Olson. A Recitation of the Rosary will be held in Ilene's honor on Thursday, August 11, 2016 at 6:00PM at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, 9099 E Floyd Ave, Aurora, CO. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, August 13, 2016 at 11:00AM at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, 19099 E Floyd Ave, Aurora, CO.
