Isabel Anderson, 43, of Englewood, Colorado passed away December 24, 2018.
She was born March 14, 1975, in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico to Juan Miguel Encinas Moreano and Rosa Pina Gonzalez. Isabel graduated from Sonora University and more recently, in 2017, from Community College of Denver with an Associate Degree in Early Education. Over the last fourteen years, Isabel was working with children through the Adams County Head Start program.
In her free time, Isabel enjoyed photograph, hiking, gardening, listening to classical music and refinishing furniture.
She is survived by her loving husband of 14 years, Michael Anderson; family dogs, Sunny and Larry; siblings, Rosa Encinas Pina, Michael Encinas Pina. Gloria Encinas Pina, Maria Eleana Encinas Pina and Elvira Encinas Pina and their families. She is preceded in death by her parents, Juan and Rosa; brother, Tomas Encinas Pina and twin brother, Juan Miguel Encinas Pina.
A Memorial Reception honoring Isabel will be Saturday, January 5, 2019, beginning at 3:00 PM at the HeartLight Reception Center, 11150 East Dartmouth Avenue, in Aurora, Colorado 80014.
The family requests memorials in Isabel’s name be made to the Denver Dumb Friends League, 2080 South Quebec Street, in Denver, Colorado 80231 or online at www.ddfl.org.
