J. Ray Trujillo

March 25, 1943 — March 20, 2018

Jose Reymundo Trujillo was born on March 25th 1943 and entered into eternal rest on March 20th 2018. He served his country with pride as a Sergeant in the US Army and was honorably discharged on October 31st 1966. He worked at Lockheed Martin as a Computer Science Engineer and retired after 30 years of service. His accomplishments were many. Most importantly, our beloved father was a godly man. His priorities were God (his church), Charlie (his dog), his children, grandchildren, family and friends whom were all loved and cherished by him. He joins his deceased brothers: Raynell Trujillo, Candido Trujillo (surviving wife: Valerie), Benito Trujillo, and Alexjandro Trujillo. Last but certainly not least, his deceased father Bonefacio Trujillo, and deceased mother Evan (Sandoval) Trujillo. Ray leaves behind a legacy of six children, sixteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren. They are listed in order of birth, and include Sharon Vialpando (son-in-law: Norman) four grandchildren: Candice (her husband Army Capt. Craig Maybee), Sonny, Sydney, Isabelle, and two great grandchildren: Alexander and Andrew Maybee. Renae Trujillo (son-in-law: Rudy Manzanares) three grandchildren: Marissa, Megan & Mariah. Louise Trujillo and one grandchild Timothy Jr., Della Sanchez (son-in-law: Jerry Sanchez) five grandchildren: Jerry Jr., Jeremy, Julian, Jina, and Jonah. Mark Trujillo (his only son); Lacey Le (son-in-law: Tommy) and three grandchildren: Hannah, Raina, and Anthony. His surviving siblings include brother Elisario (Joe) Trujillo (wife: Vicky) and Cecilia Romero (husband: Meryl) along with many nieces and nephews. Rest in peace, and find comfort in God’s loving arms Dad - As you will be forever in our hearts and minds. Please join us in commemorating Ray’s life and passing on Wednesday March 28th 2018. The services will occur as follows: 1. Starts at 9:30am with a Military Service at Ft Logan Cemetery, 4400 W. Kenyon Avenue, Denver CO 80236. Immediately following: 2. Starts at 11:00am with a Religious Funeral Service & Reception to be held at: Horan & McConaty 3101 S Wadsworth Blvd, Lakewood, CO 80227 303-986-9615
