Jack Jones, 91, of Littleton, passed away October 2, 2013. Husband of Betty (Houser) for 60 years and father of sons Bruce (wife Malinda) and Brent (wife Jamie). Grandfather of Taylor, Brennan, Andrew, Austin, and Nicholas. Survived by a host of nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by daughter Sheila Gail, Father Reeves and Mother Ethel, and Siblings Golda Springer, Bryan and Allen Jones, and Nephew James Springer. Born in Campo Colorado in 1922, and moved to Rotan Texas in 1957, then to Littleton Colorado in 1997 to be near his grandsons. Honorably served his country in World War II in the Pacific Theater, farmed, and worked at the First National Bank of Rotan. A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, October 6, 2013 at 2:00pm at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 5303 E. County Line Rd. (One block west of Holly Street) in Centennial. Interment at Fort Logan National Cemetery. Memorials in Jack's honor are suggested to Porter Hospice at the Johnson Center, 5020 E. Arapahoe Rd., Centennial , CO 80122, or The First United Methodist Church of Rotan Texas, 209 N. McKinley Ave., Rotan, TX 79546.
