Jack Julian

November 25, 1930 — October 2, 2024

Jack Lee Julian was born on November 25, 1930. He passed away on October 2, 2024, at the Porter Adventist Hospice, Littleton, Colorado, at the age of 93. He was born to Raymond and Ruth Stansbury Julian in Garden City, Kansas, and grew up on his parents’ farm in Ulysses, Kansas. Jack was a graduate of Ulysses High School and continued his education at Hutchinson Junior College, where he met Charlotte Orth. Jack and Charlotte married on September 11, 1949. It must have been a match from heaven as they remained married for the next 75 years.

Jack moved his family to Hutchinson, Kansas in 1966 to start his career in banking with his uncle, Frank Hart, in South Hutchinson Kansas. He continued his education at Colorado University School of Banking, Boulder, Colorado and remained in banking until his retirement.

Jack Julian was a past Master of the Ulysses Kansas Masonic Lodge. He had a great passion for the culture of the Southwest Native Americans and kindled that passion by visiting museums and multiple historical dwellings.

Jack is survived by his wife Charlotte Julian, daughter Jennifer Ryall of Littleton, CO, and Tyler (son) and Candy Julian of Temecula, California. Jack was proceeded in death by his son, Brandon J. Julian on September 01, 2023, in Heber City, Utah.
Jack is also survived by his beloved grandchildren (5) and great grandchildren (9).

We will all miss Jack’s great sense of humor and adventure.
