Jack V. Scholz, M.D.

82, passed away February 17, 2013. He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Donita; children, Kathy (Jeff Bernard) Staiano, Patti (Dave) Kmezich; grandchildren, Jason, Angela (Andrew), Jennifer, Meghan (Keve) & Spenser; sister, Jean (Ed) Cleaver & nieces & nephews. He is preceded in death by his son David. He earned his M.D. from the Univ of Nebraska & specialized in internal medicine and oncology/hematology. He joined Kaiser Permanente in 1970 & retired in 1995. He will be remembered for his gentle spirit, kind heart & warm smile. Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, 2/22 at 1 PM, Horan & McConaty, 3101 South Wadsworth Boulevard, Lakewood, CO 80226. In lieu of flowers donation can be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children, El Jebel Shriners, 4625 West 50th Avenue, Denver, CO 80212.
