Jadvyga Judith McCloskey

Jadvyga Judith McCloskey, ninety-nine years old, of Englewood, Colorado, passed away October 15^th, 2018, at the Rose of Sharon assisted living facility from pneumonia. She was born January 9, 1919, in Kaunas, Lithuania, to Antonina and Kazimir Pavilanis.

Jadvyga was preceded in death by her loving husband of twenty-six years, Charles McCloskey.

She is preceded in death by her brother Vytas. Jadvyga is survived by her son Eric McCloskey; Grandson Charles F. McCloskey III, and granddaughter Cailin Caron McCloskey.

Among several occupations, Jadvyga was a college professor at Manhattanville College.

Jadvyga loved to travel and lived in several locations around the world. She could speak seven or eight languages.

Jadvyga was a devoted and loving grandmother to Charlie and Cailin.

Jadvyga was always a learner and always a teacher.
