James Davis

Jim Davis died on Tuesday, February 8, after a lengthy illness. He is survived by his wife, Virginia, his sister, Deanna, his four children: Chris (daughter-in-law, Barbara), Peggy, Jeanie, and Tim, and by his four grandchildren: Hailey, Joshua, Sarah, and Connor. Jim taught in Aurora Public Schools for 30 years at Crawford Elementary and at North Middle School. In retirement, Jim continued touching people's lives as a volunteer at The Listening Post and at Aurora South Hospital. A Rosary and Vigil will be held at 3:00 PM on Monday, February 14, at the Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 11150 E. Dartmouth Ave. (at Parker Rd), Aurora, 80014. A Memorial Mass will be held at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, February 15, at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, 19099 E. Floyd Ave., Aurora, 80013.
