James A. Dennis

James, age 66, passed away, peacefully at home, on October 22, 2017. He was born September 30, 1951, in Alexandria, Virginia to James A. and Jean Dennis (deceased). Retiree from Rocky Flats, ending his career with MillerCoors. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Dorothy Dennis; daughters, Lynn (Elias) Munoz, Jeanne (Jake) Shane, and Stephanie (Ray) Marques; grandchildren, Samantha Dennis, Kelsey Hernandez, Kevin and Natascha Dennis and Everett Shane; sister in law, Bea Lovato (Pueblo); brothers in law, John Lovato (Englewood) and Claude Gilliland (Denver); and numerous nieces and nephews. Viewing for family and friends will be Thursday, October 26, 2017, beginning at 6 PM, with Recitation of the Rosary to follow at 7 PM, at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 9998 Grant Street, Thornton, Colorado 80229. Interment with Military Honors will be Friday, October 27, 2017, beginning at 9 AM, Fort Logan National Cemetery-Area A, 3698 South Sheridan Boulevard, in Denver, Colorado.
