James Lujan of Aurora, lover of music, movies and oh yes...the Dallas Cowboys, passed away April 17, 2011. Born April 24, 1944 in Tucumcari, NM to Lorenzo and Lupe Lujan. Widower of Dorothy M. Davalos. Survived by his devoted daughter Jaime Lujan and his sweet dogs Lupe and Dottie. His loving Sisters; Grace Paynter, Nancy Buchkoski and Neoma Richards, Sister in law; Bernadette Rea and many nieces, nephews and wonder friends. Jimmee was a Kool Vato that would ""Hang loose"" and ""Take one day at a time..."" He loved life and he loved all of you. Please wear bright colors to the services unless you are Johnny Cash. James loved music, especially the blues. In lieu of flowers please consider donating to The Tipitina's Foundation which supports Louisiana and New Orleans' irreplaceable music community and preserves the state's unique musical cultures. Tipitina's is a non profit organization that provides support for the musicians who were devastated by hurricane Katrina, as well as musical workshops and instruments for at risk youth.
