James A. Nichols

Jim was born in Jeannette, Pennsylvania but lived in Denver for 63 years, and Salida for 10 years. Jim was an over-the-road truck driver and diesel mechanic and in his later years he worked for United Rental and the Ford and Chevy dealers in Salida. He loved playing softball, camping with his family, and riding ATV's. He also belonged to the Mason Lodge. He is survived by his wife, Beverly and 3 children and their spouses: Kandis and Mike, Karen and Dale, and Skip and Liz. He is grandfather to JJ and Jamie, Matthew, Jeremy, and Tanya. Great grandfather to Brandon, Alyssa, and Derrick. There will be a private viewing for the family. Please leave memories of James and condolences for his family by signing the guestbook below.
