James William Waddy,, Sr

James W. Waddy, Sr., passed away on October 25, 2018, in Littleton, Colorado. He is preceded in death by his loving wife Esther, his parents, Alice and Edward Waddy, and his brother Raymon Waddy.

Jim retired from the Air Force as a Master Sargeant in 1985 and was a proud member of the American Legion, Post 23 for 43 years.

Jim is survived by his children: Mark Brooks, Beth (Tony) Snider, Diana Taipalus, James Waddy, Jr., Christopher (Melissa) Waddy, and Adam Waddy; his grandchildren: Marsha Brooks, Doni Taipalus, Robert Brooks, Ronnie Love, Emily Snider, Ryan Taipalus, Kindra Love, Audrey Snider, Leslie Snider, Mason Waddy, Stella Waddy, and Cassidy Waddy; his great grandchildren: Riley Taipalus, Lexi Brooks, Christopher Love, Bennett and Archer Taipalus; his siblings: Ron (Harriet) Waddy, Marie (John) Almy.

Memorial Services will be held on Tuesday, 11/6/2018, 10am at Horan & McConaty, 11150 E. Dartmouth Ave., Aurora, CO with a reception to follow.

Interment will follow the reception at 2pm at Ft. Logan National Cemetery, 3698 S. Sheridan Blvd., Denver, CO.
