James Russell Wilbourn, 71, passed away on January 18, 2017. James was Retired MSG Air Force and Retired Captain of the Adams County Sheriffs Office. Memorial Service will be Thursday, January 26, 2017, at 11 A.M. at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 9998 Grant Street, Thornton, Colorado 80229. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to University of Colorado Hospital Foundation-Transplant Program Fund. 12401 East 17th Avenue, Mail Stop F485, Aurora, Colorado 80045.
