Survived by wife Nancy of 57 years; daughters Lana (Russ) Schueler, Jamie (Brian) Gaboriau; grandchildren Samantha & Kelli Schueler, Leila & Alex James Gaboriau; sister Debra (Laymon) Cato; sisters-in-law Sherry Ross & Kay Wilkins; numerous nieces & nephews who he adored. He was a passionate outdoorsman who loved his family, golf, his dogs, hunting & fishing. James attended and graduated from Search High School in Searcy, Arkansas, and Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas in 1962, with a degree in Business Administration. He retired from Wagner Equipment after a long career selling Caterpillar Equipment. James was a one of a kind salesman who viewed his customers as family. The family would like to thank Porter Hospice for their care and support and also special thanks to Nicole Hartman for her loving care these last few months. Celebration of Life Thursday, February 7, 2019, 2:00 pm ,South Suburban Christian Church, 7275 S. Broadway, Littleton, CO 80122. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to Denver Dumb Friends League or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
