Jane C. Ansorge

Jane Clementine Ansorge passed away July 14, 2018 after a brief battle with cancer. She was born July 15, 1931 in Manitowoc, Wisconsin to Elmer C. and Sophie E. (Revolinsky) Ansorge. Jane was the oldest of two children. Her brother, Elmer J. Ansorge preceded her in death.

 

Jane graduated from Lincoln High School in Manitowoc and then enlisted in the Army where among many other things she played softball, attended Officer Candidate School (OCS) was and adjutant for the base commanding Officer and spent time on Okinawa during the Korean conflict.

 

After a short re-enlistment Jane made Colorado her home. She had a very successful career as a credit manager for Ringsby Trucking Company and later was an executive at Dawn Food Products. Where she testified in an interstate commerce case and received an accommodation from the ATF.

 

Jane was loved by many for her generosity, kindness and sense of humor. She is survived by cousins, nieces and nephews. She will certainly be missed.

9:00 viewing with Mass starting at 10:00

Fairmount Cemetery immediately following Mass
