Jane Elizabeth Morgan

Jane Elizabeth Morgan, 89, of Elizabeth, Colorado passed away Wednesday, November 11, 2009 at Sky Ridge Medical Center in Denver. Jane was born in Omaha, Nebraska to Ray and Mary Lucy (O'Hara) Fee on June 15, 1920. She met and later married Edward M. Morgan on January 19, 1943 and shared their love with nine children: Peggy Sue Brasch and Marvin, Elizabeth, Colorado; Jane Saighman and Rusty, Plattsburg, Missouri; Kathy Euston and Dan, Leawood, Kansas; Patti Drake and David, Phoenix, Arizona; Michelle Morgan, Overland Park, Kansas; Morgan (Cindy) Pfeiffer and Larry, Mission Woods, Kansas; Ted Morgan, Frederick, Maryland; Nancy Dockens and Chet, Frederick, Maryland; Tina Leavy and Steve, Fredericksburg, Virginia. Jane was preceded in death by her husband, who died in 1984. Jane and Ed so enjoyed vacationing in Colorado, that Jane chose to spend her remaining years in Elizabeth, close to her oldest daughter. Jane was extremely proud to tell people that she had nine children, 15 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. The family wishes to express their deepest appreciation to the staff at Sky Ridge Medical Center for the professional and empathetic care given to their mother in her last few days with them. Memorial Service to be held on Saturday, November 14, 2009, at 1:00 p.m., Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 5303 East County Line Road (one block to the west of Holly Street) in Centennial, Colorado. A reception will be held immediately following the Memorial Service at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel. Memorials are being suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105.
