Jane Pearson

Jane Rollins Pearson, 99, of Denver, CO, previously of Wilmington, DE and Chadds Ford, PA passed away on March 12, 2021. Born March 20, 1921 in New Orleans, LA, she was the eldest daughter of the late Alice Sprague Rollins and Robert Wardell Rollins, Jr. Jane was predeceased by her husband of 54 years, Robert Douglas Pearson, and her sisters, Adele Rollins Schlusemeyer and Rosamund Rollins Nichols.

Jane is survived by her four children, Robert Pearson, of Unionville, PA; Janet Dadds, of Exton, PA; Priscilla Gill, of Cheyenne, WY; William Pearson, of Denver, CO and their families. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Jane was happy being a homemaker and was an avid knitter. She will be remembered by the beautiful sweaters she created for family and friends and, also, for the caps she made for newborn infants which were donated to area hospitals. In addition, driving her bright red ‘68 Chevelle Malibu Convertible with the top down, brought Jane great joy!
