Janice Maurine (Boone) Roundy

Persevered with strong a spirt during her illness and passed away peacefully at home in Thornton, Co on June 13, 2023, with family.

She was born to Joy and Dennis Boone, July 22, 1936, in Woodbine, Iowa. She traveled to many areas during her youth and returned to Woodbine and met her husband Duane of 68 years.

She enjoyed traveling with family on various trips including cruises.

Janice loved to spend time with family, friends, and animals, playing bingo, sitting on the porch, and listening to music.

She retired from K-Mart to care for her Grandchildren.

She is now enjoying her Cheeseburger in paradise and reuniting with loved ones.

Janice is survived by her husband Duane, children Luanne, Timothy, Bret, and their spouses Marc, Susan, and Wysteria. 15 Grandchildren, 14 Great Grandchildren and extended family.

Preceded in death parents Joy and Dennis Boone, Ralph and Anges Roundy, Al and Bill Boone, and Nadine Stevenson.

A Celebration of Life will be on July 23, 2023, from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the American Legion Post 22 located at 11081 Irma Dr. Northglenn, Co 80233

Interment will be at a future date at Fort Logan Cemetery
