Janna L. Shaver

Janna L. Shaver, 49, of Lakewood, passed away on October 10, 2011. Preceded in death by her Grandparents Charles & Celeste Shaver & Taft Nussrallah. Loving daughter of Jack & Barbara Shaver. Sister of Lisa Shaver. Granddaughter of Josephine Nussrallah. Also survived by numerous other relatives & friends. Our Janna was a wonderful child who grew into an even more wonderful and very intelligent adult. She was an outstanding student at Bear Creek High School, Lakewood, Colorado and a superior student at The Women's College of the University of Denver. Honing her 'women's rights' advocacy from an early age, attending ""The Women's College"" was an ideal environment for her education. After a ""forced retirement"" in January 2009 from Oppenheimer Funds investment firm, Janna enrolled at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, and became an exceptional student and would have graduated in May 2012. Memorial Rosary will be held Wednesday, October 19, 6:00pm, Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3101 South Wadsworth Boulevard, Lakewood, Colorado 80227. Memorial Service will be held Thursday, October 20, 6:00 pm, 3101 South Wadsworth Boulevard, Lakewood, Colorado 80227. Memorial donations made in Janna's honor are suggested to Denver Dumb Friends League, 2080 South Quebec Street, Denver, Colorado 80231.
