Jason Romaine Bennett

Jason Romaine Bennett was born June 8, 1972 in Cedar Rapids, IA. He died Sept. 14, 2003 in Denver. Jason lettered in football and wrestling and graduated from Hindsdale South High School in Darien, IL in 1990. Jason was a running back for the 1992 Midwest conference championship team at Cornell College in Mount Vernon, IA. Jason worked as a group living supervisor at the Denver Children's Home and also worked with Denver East Machinery. His warm brown eyes, gentle touch and beautiful smile will be missed by all, especially his wife, Angela; son Jackson and his second child due in January; parents Jack & Lynn; brothers Jeff & Joe; in-laws Duane & Mary Freund; sister-in-laws Ali Freund, Laura (Matt) Buddington; grandparents Norb & Velma Miller as well as numerous aunts, uncles & cousins. Viewing, Thursday, 10-11 AM, Prayer services, Thursday, 11 AM both at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 13670 E. 13th Place. Services will conclude at the church.
