Jason Robert Hillstrom passed away peacefully November 20, 2017. Visitation will be held Thursday, November 30, 2017 from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 5303 East County Line Road, Centennial, Colorado, 80122. A Funeral Mass will be held Friday, December 1, 2017 at 11:30 AM, St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 8035 South Quebec Street, Centennial, Colorado, 80112 A message from Jason's Family... It is an amazing, incredible and beautiful loving source of community and strength that provides young adults who are living with and surviving cancer hope and opportunities to live their life to the fullest. There are no words that can express the gratitude that we have for this organization and the incredible people who make it happen.
