Jean Blake was born April 14, 1924 and passed away May 5, 2016. She is survived by her loving Husband Chapin, son Charles Blake and daughter Barbara D'Antuono. As well as her grandchildren Justin, Ashley, Kelsey, and Morgan. And Great-grandchildren Mackenzie and Zoey. A memorial ceremony will be held at Rockland Community Church on May 23 at 3 pm. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Mt. Evans Hospice.
