Jean Ann Brotzman of Northglenn, CO passed away September 2, 2018 at the age of 80.

Jean was born May 1, 1938 in the town of Easton, PA. Jean married Merlin (Merl) Brotzman on May 24, 1958 and in 1967 the Brotzman family moved to Northglenn Colorado.

Jean loved spending time with her kids and especially enjoyed time with them in the mountains (which she loved) doing picnics and day trips. Jean loved to square dance when she was younger, serving as Vice President and President of the Denver Area Square and Round Dance Council for some of those years.

Jean was preceded in death by her Daughter Lori Morris; Jean is survived by her Husband of 60 years Merl Brotzman, her Son Jeff (Penny), Daughter Judi (Mike), Sister Lois Cherrington (Andy), granddaughters Alexa Brotzman, Stephanie Chapman (Chris), five great grandchildren, Xavier, Leo, Leah, Makayla, Hannah, Nieces Janelle Cherrington (Tom), Karen Cherrington (Nahal), Great - Niece Arden and Son in Law Glenn Morris. Jean is also survived by many friends both young and old.

A celebration of Jean's life will be held on Saturday September 22nd at 11:00 am at E.B. Rains Jr. Memorial Park, Tumbleweed Pavilion, 11701 Community Center Drive, Northglenn, CO 80233. Jean, as her family and friends know was a huge Denver Bronco and Colorado Rockies fan. In honor of Jean we encourage you to wear your Broncos or Rockies Gear.
