Jean Ann Burns, 49, was born in Denver, CO to Charles and Sharon Milner. Jean died August 28, 2016 from metastatic breast cancer. Jean is the beloved wife of Scott and a super awesome mom to Jake and Andy. She has two brothers, Steve Milner and Rick (Julie) Milner.
