Jean Marie England

Born to Ruby and Peter J. Semper February 5, 1934 in Ivanhoe, CA and passed away June 5, 2009 in Lakewood, CO. Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend. Survived by husband of 55 years, Richard, daughter Pamela (Gilbert), sons Kurt (Jana) and Steve (Beth), and grandchildren Kyle, Riley and Ben. Also survived by brothers, Peter J. Semper II (Terri) and George Thut (Judy) and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by her parents and twin sister, Joan McAllister. Also much loved by many in-laws in Oklahoma, including Hazel (England) Nelson, Darla (England) and Ralph Chain, Gary and Mary England, and Phil and Susan England. Memorial Service on June 11, 2009, 11:00 AM at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3101 S. Wadsworth Blvd., Lakewood. Jean loved her family, friends, reading, travel, cooking, and the simple pleasures of life. She will be remembered for her tremendous sense of humor, generosity, curious nature, positive outlook, perseverance without complaint in recent years of facing multiple health issues, as well as for always seeing the best in others, and for accepting and loving family members unconditionally.
