Jeanne Frances Fuller, age 91, passed peacefully on February 14th, 2015 in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. Jeanne was predeceased by her husband, LCDR (Ret) Harry R. Fuller, Jr., her six siblings, Barbara Dockery, Father John Martin, Dr. Don Martin, Virginia Barnard, Betty Heigel, and Lt. Col (Ret) Bob Martin. She is survived by her four sons, Hank, Marty, Mike and John, their spouses, Cheryl, Colette, Kathleen and Randy, and three grandchildren, Alexandra Hobson, Jeanne Fuller and Michael Fuller, Jr., and three great grandchildren. Jeanne Fuller was born Jeanne Frances Martin in Davenport, Iowa where she and her husband, ""Bud"", met in high school. Bud joined the Navy and Jeanne graduated as a nurse from Mercy Hospital in Davenport. They married, and traveled the world together as a Navy family. After retirement, they left their home in Vienna, Virginia, and ultimately settled in Arizona, living in Yuma and Sun City West. Jeanne was an accomplished hula and tap dancer, who performed regularly for many years with the community dance troop. As a nurse, she was a floor supervisor at Fairfax Hospital, Fairfax, Virginia, and a Director at the Yuma Regional Medical Center. Jeanne and Bud moved to Summerfield, Florida, in 2007, where Bud passed in 2008. Jeanne relocated to Colorado, home to her son John and four of her nieces, Marcy Dockery, Eileen Pappas, Catherine Dockery, and Anne Marie Dockery. She lived in Highlands Ranch, outside of Denver. She was cared for in her last days by the angels of hospice and her family and nieces. A memorial service for family and friends will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday February 28, 2015 at Horan & McConaty 5303 E. County Line Rd. Centennial, CO 80122. She will be interred in Arlington National Cemetery with her husband. The family requests that donations are made to Suncrest Hospice 777 East Speer Boulevard, Denver, CO 80203.
