No one will ever forget her delicious home cooking, especially her bread and rolls. After her children finished high school, she worked again for the Federal Government in various positions until she retired April 1, 1993 after a total of 18 years Federal Government service. Jerre and Roger became charter members of Harvey Park Christian Church when they joined in June 1957 and have been faithful members ever since. They enjoyed many years of singing together in the HPCC choir. Jerre enjoyed camping (especially in the nearby Rocky Mountains), houseboating at Lake Powell, several cruises, and attending activities of her grandchildren. She and Roger enjoyed traveling extensively in their retirement.
