Jeremy David Hook, 49, of Aurora, CO, passed away on Saturday, January 27th, 2024.
A visitation will be held from 10:00am to 1:00pm on Monday, February 5th, 2024, at 11150 E Dartmouth Ave, Aurora, CO. To honor Jeremy’s spirit, please come wearing your favorite musician/band, car, or motorcycle apparel.
Jeremy David Hook was born September 11th, 1974, to Elliot David and Carolyn Elizabeth (Pitts). He grew up and attended school in South Dakota. Jeremy worked at various jobs after leaving home at a young age. Throughout his working career, Jeremy became a jack-of-all-trades and was most recently employed as an HVAC Foreman at Reeves Specialty Services in Aurora, Colorado.
Jeremy found his person, Chelsea, and they got married in 2005. Jeremy and Chelsea lived in Brookings, SD until 2020 before they moved to Aurora, CO, where they started their next chapter together. They found their love of outdoor adventures in the Rocky Mountains. Summer was his favorite season - spending time camping, riding his UTV, and laughing loudly around a campfire late into the night. Music was always important to Jeremy; you often heard his music blasting before his truck was even parked. When he wasn’t in the shop tinkering on his latest project, Jeremy loved driving all of his toys, especially his motorcycles.
Jeremy spent his last day with his best friend, Jay, doing what they love to do together - working on their toys and planning the next camping trip. Jeremy wouldn’t have wanted to spend his last day any other way.
Jeremy will forever leave a hole in all our hearts that cannot be replaced.
Jeremy leaves behind his wife Chelsea; his children Austin, Alex, Nick, and Jade; his father David and his wife Holli; his father-in-law and mother-in-law Ray and Diane; his grandchildren Brody and Charlotte; and many extended family members. Jeremy also leaves behind his loving HVAC crew at Reeves and countless friends across the entire country.
Jeremy was preceded in death by his mother Carrie, his brothers Brad and Randy, and his grandparents Dorothy, Benjamin, Elliot, and Evelyn. Jeremy’s final resting place will be First Lutheran Cemetery in Brookings, SD, next to his brother, Randy.
