Jeremy David Fronczyk

Jeremy passed away March 13, 2013 at the age of 39. He survived by his parents Roy and Carrie, sister Emily (Rob) Williams and Joanna, and nephew Cole. Preceded in death by his brothers Adam and Nick. A Visitation will be held on Monday, March 18, 2013 10:00-11:00am with a Funeral Mass to follow at 11:00am at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 5303 East County Line Road (one block west of South Hollly Street) in Centennial, Colorado. The Fronczyk family thanks you for your kidness, but has graciously requested that no flowers or memorial donations are made.
