Jerl Eugene Hamilton

Jerl E. Hamilton was born in Shattuck, Oklahoma on October 14, 1934, to John Hamilton and Bertha Getz Hamilton, and passed away at his home in Denver, Colorado, on April 29, 2013. Jerl is survived by his wife, Sonya K. (Woods) Hamilton, son Brent Hamilton and his wife Francine and daughter Darcy Whatley and her husband Myron. He is also survived by five grandchildren, Danielle Smith, Syena Gallegos, Zebuli Smith, Damon Gallegos and Austin Hamilton; brothers Will Hamilton and his wife Susie, Edwin Hamilton and sister Carolyn Kraft and her husband Van. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, May 4, 2013, 2:00 PM, at Highlands United Methodist Church, 3131 Osceola Street in Denver. A reception will follow at the B.P.O.E. Lodge #17, 2475 West 26th Avenue.
