Jerry John Floyd

Angels came for Jerry Floyd, age 68, on Oct. 31, 2007. He was home with his wife of 48 years, Karen (Windsor) Floyd, and loving family members. Born July 1, 1939 in Denver, Jerry was a family man. His legacy lives on through his daughter Cindy Hake (Chuck), sons Mark (Teri) and Rick, sister Betty Andrew, and stepmother Maxine, grandchildren Lindsey, Michael, Brandon, Brittany, Kyle, and Nici, and a greatgrandson Canon. He worked 32 years for Coors Brewery and enjoyed 13 years of retirement filled with golf, vacuuming and yard maintenance. Memorial services are Thurs., Nov. 8 at 10:30 a.m. at Spirit of Christ Chapel, 7400 W. 80th Ave., Arvada. Contributions are welcome at Denver Hospice, American Cancer Society or Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
